Although the part of the population formed by elderly and disabled people is a growing segment with great potential from the point of view of demand for different services, the general level of accessibility demonstrates deficiencies:

• Resources generally display a low level of accessibility as they do not guarantee adapting the whole chain of service.
• The professional competence to cover this segment is not optimum given the lack of content inclusion in regulated training.  
• There is a lack of rigour in the information on the degree of accessibility referring to resources and services.  
• There is no standard accessibility reference that guarantees it.
• There is a lack of consolidated products and services adapted to the needs of "everyone" taking into account universal accessibility.
